Welcome to Peaceful Beginnings, where
nurturing care meets expert support during
your baby’s earliest days. I’m Candyce, a
Newborn Care Specialist with over 24 years of
infant experience and an empathic heart that
can intuitively understand them. I help families
find rest, confidence, and calm during the fourth
trimester with overnight care, sleep shaping,
parent guidance and support, self care coaching,
reiki sessions and compassionate guidance. I’m
here to support your family every step of the way
—so you can focus on bonding while your baby
thrives!

At Peaceful Beginnings, we provide
nurturing newborn care that supports
healthy sleep and empowers parents to feel
confident, capable, and well rested.

Overnight newborn care-Ages 0-4 months- $50-55 per hour,

Virtual Sleep Shaping- ages 0 months and up- $450 per week

In Home New Parent Education Course- $250 per visit

Self Care Coaching- Prenatal or Postnatal- $250 for 4 weeks

In Home Reiki Session- Prenatal or Postnatal- $175 per session

Includes Tips And Tricks packet, weekly 1 hr check-in and troubleshooting session, coaching, nursery
setup, weekly goals /next steps, daily parent support, step by step schedule and instructions tailored to
your baby and family dynamic. Available anywhere in the U.S.

4 week minimum

Includes Tips and Tricks Packet, one 2 hr home visit for teaching basic care, nursery setup/check,
breastfeeding support, basic troubleshooting, baby clothing prep and sorting by age, 1 hr check in at
the end of the week

Available up to 4 weeks old, avavilable in San Diego, Orange and Riverside Counties, Travel fee may
apply

Includes weekly goals, reminders and check ins, customized self care plan and activities to
reduce stress and maximize inner peace, link to purchase self care journal

Includes 45 minute energy healing session, relaxing atmosphere created with palo santos cleansing,

As your Newborn Care Specialist, I’m here to provide expert, overnight care for
your baby while you rest and recover. My role goes beyond traditional childcare—I
bring specialized knowledge in newborn development and a gentle empathy to
support your entire family during this important transition.

From feeding and burping techniques, diapering and swaddling, to safe sleep
practices, nursery setup, and establishing healthy self care habits for you, I’m here
to guide and assist with every aspect of caring for a new baby. Whether you're
breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or a combination of both, I can help you navigate
milk storage, feeding routines, and all the little details that make life with a new
baby smoother.

Each family is unique, and so is each baby. My approach is personalized to fit your
family’s values, preferences, and rhythm—whether this is your first baby or your
fifteenth. My goal is to bring peace of mind, practical support, and compassionate
care to your home so you can feel confident and well-rested as you begin this new
chapter.
